PAGE MARGINS:

Answer: It can be modify through ruler or PAGE SETUP window
Steps
(1) First move the cursor over the area where the the white ruler changes to gray
(2) The cursor will become double ended . Click with mouse and grag the margin indicator to the desired location.
(3) Release the mouse when margin is set.
