1. This option intends each line except the first by the given amount in the By field.
2. High light the text
3.Click paragraphs from format menu
4.Choose the indent and spacing tab
5. Click the special field to open pull down menu
6. Lick hanging
7. In the By Box type required amount
8. Click OK
9. Place the cursor after the colon following Hanging Indent
10. Press Tab key
